Gentle Yoga
In this slower paced class, poses may be held for longer periods of time to allow for gentle opening throughout your entire body. These calming and rejuvenating classes will nourish your mind, body and spirit through an intentional approach to yoga. Asanas (poses) are mindfully selected to build strength and flexibility, and balanced by tapping into your body’s ability to fully let go and surrender. All levels welcome.
