Yoga For Strenth
Yoga for Strength uses a vinyasa sequence to warm up the body with stretching and cardio, while adding resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises to target each major body group are incorporated to build lean muscle mass, such as squats, lunges, biceps, triceps, core and glute work.
